Monday: something to love

I hope you all have had as fantastic a Monday as I have!! These are the pics I took on Friday...and what's not to love about this scenario?? Day off, long walk beside a lake, bright sunshine, blue sky with lovely puffy white clouds, wind in my hair, quiet contemplations...a perfect day!!

coffee dates are the best

Now that my work schedule is getting a little less crazy, and I have begun to recover from the craziness that was my work schedule, I am finally starting to be able to do many of the things that I love again. One such thing being catching up with friends over coffee dates. I had three this past week...these are from the second one as I forgot to take my camera for the other two...oops.

A quick shout out to my best brother (I only have one!) because today is his birthday. So today, I wish I were with this sweet sister and brother of mine (and I wouldn't mind it being that warm and sunny out either). Cheers dear ones!

Monday: something to love

Hello first Monday of 2011!! You have been so delightful so far! Hours of my favorite thing in the world...spending time reading my favorite book, journaling, and drinking tea. Such a wonderful day!

Happy New Year!!

Happy 2011!! The weather was incredibly lovely yesterday...what a wonderful way to send out 2010. I ate lunch outside in my backyard. With the warm weather came a desire to take some pictures.



I love the color of things through my sunglasses, so I held them up in front of my camera lens to capture the effect.
